Concerning the extension of the sales and use tax exemption for beetle kill wood products.

Bill Summary:



The sale of wood and wood products from trees killed by pine and spruce beetles in the state was exempt from sales and use tax from 2008 through June 2020. The act extends the exemption from July 1, 2021, through June 2026.
