Bill Summary

The bill requires any pet care facility (facility) licensed under the "Pet Animal Care and Facilities Act" to notify pet animal owners within 24 hours after a suspected outbreak of an infectious disease is discovered at the facility receiving notification from a licensed veterinarian or a pet animal owner of an outbreak of an infectious disease at the facility .
