Extend Substance Abuse Trend And Response Task Force

Concerning an extension of the repeal of the state substance abuse trend and response task force, and, in connection therewith, making an appropriation.

Bill Summary

Substance abuse trend and response task force - extension - appropriation. The state substance abuse trend and response task force (task force) is scheduled to be repealed, effective July 1, 2018. The act extends the repeal for 10 years to September 1, 2028.

The act appropriates $3,000 from the substance abuse prevention, intervention, and treatment cash fund to pay for expenses of the task force.
