      Sunset Process - House Energy and Environment Committee. Pursuant to the recommendation in the 2025 sunset report by the department of regulatory agencies, the bill continues the compliance advisory panel (panel) to the air pollution control division in the department of public health and environment indefinitely. The panel is scheduled to repeal on September 1, 2026.(Note: This summary applies to this bill as introduced.)
