CDLE Pre-apprenticeship And Apprenticeship Study

Bill Summary

The act requires the department of labor and employment to study whether there are barriers to the use of pre-apprenticeship and apprenticeship programs by Colorado businesses and make a report and recommendations based on the study.

The report and recommendations must be provided to the state work force development council for inclusion in the annual Colorado talent report, to the Senate business, labor, and technology committee, and to the House business affairs and labor committee.
