Market Rate Study For Child Care Assistance Program
Concerning adjusting the contract for a market rate study of provider rates for the Colorado child care assistance program from annually to every three years, and, in connection therewith, reducing an appropriation.

Joint Budget Committee. Current law requires the department of human services to contract annually for a market rate study of provider rates for the Colorado child care assistance program. The bill adjusts the contractual and reporting requirement to every 3 years. (Note: This summary applies to the reengrossed version of this bill as introduced in the second house.)
