Concerning a transfer from the general fund to the Colorado DRIVES vehicle services account in the highway users tax fund.

Bill Summary:

The act requires the state treasurer to transfer $3,900,000 from the general fund to the Colorado DRIVES vehicle services account in the highway users tax fund. This transfer allows the department to maintain the current driver license fee while supporting the solvency of the fund.
