Concerning a training program to prevent child sexual abuse for persons who work with young children in some capacity as part of their employment, and, in connection therewith, making an appropriation.

Bill Summary:

Child sexual abuse - prevention education programs - appropriation. The act directs the Colorado children's trust fund board to develop and administer a training program to prevent child sexual abuse for early childhood providers and others who interact with young children.

The act appropriates $158,374 from the general fund to the department of human services to use for the Colorado children's trust fund.
