Concerning a modification to appointments to the Colorado channel authority board.

Bill Summary:

     Current law requires 4 members of the Colorado channel authority board to be members of the general assembly. The members of the general assembly include a representative appointed by the speaker of the house of representatives, a representative appointed by the minority leader of the house of representatives, a senator appointed by the president of the senate, and a senator appointed by the minority leader of the senate. The bill repeals the requirement that these appointees must be members of the general assembly.(Note: This summary applies to this bill as introduced.)
