Attorney General Jurisdiction Regulate Architects

Concerning a correction to the Colorado Revised Statutes to ensure that the attorney general's powers and duties include concurrent jurisdiction with the relevant district attorney over the regulation of architects.

Statutory Revision Committee. Current law states that the attorney general has concurrent jurisdiction with the relevant district attorney over part 3 of article 120 of title 12, Colorado Revised Statutes. Part 3 refers to the regulation of land surveyors. The bill makes a correction to the statute by changing "part 3" to "part 4" to refer to the regulation of architects.
