Sunset Review Skolnik Medical Transparency Act

Concerning the establishment of a future sunset review of the functions delegated to the director of the division of professions and occupations under the "Michael Skolnik Medical Transparency Act of 2010" to implement the recommendation of the department of regulatory agencies as contained in its 2015 sunset report pertaining to the division of professions and occupations.
