Bill Summary:
Issuance of a certificate of title - registration - vehicle identification verification - odometer reading. Statutory Revision Committee. The act repeals a requirement for an odometer reading during a physical inspection of a motor vehicle's identification number when a motor vehicle is being titled or registered.
