House Bill 24-1334, concerning broadband for multiunit dwellings. The bill
prohibits an owner of a multiunit residential building or mobile home park
from denying access to the property by a broadband internet provider to
install necessary hardware. The sponsor distributed Amendments L.008 and
L.010 (Attachments B and C). He responded to questions from the committee. |
