Representatives McCluskie and Brown provided introductory remarks for Senate Bill 26-155. The bill creates the Strengthen Colorado Homes Enterprise in the Department of Regulatory Agencies to assess a fee on insurers offering multiperil homeowner's insurance policies and assist homeowners in retrofitting residential property against extreme weather events. |
