Senator Danielson introduced House Bill 26-1010, concerning older adult support and representation in the workforce. The bill requires certain boards and councils to have at least one member that is at least 60 years old and active or interested in the support of older adults in the workforce. The sponsor distributed Amendment L.005 (Attachment D).
