Representative Winter, chair, called the meeting to order.  A quorum was present.

Representative Danielson introduced House Bill 18-1016.  The bill creates a Seabees military license plate.  The license pate is available to honorably discharged, retired, reserve, or active members of the US naval construction battalion who submit the required forms and pay a one-time special fee of $50.  She distributed a handout to the committee [Attachment A].

Mr. Gerald Kissinger, representing the Navy Seabee Veterans of America, testified in support of the bill.

Mr. Y. Glenn Kataoka, representing the United Veterans Committee of Colorado, testified in support of the bill.
