Concerning a requirement that any petition for a citizen-initiated statutory change be signed by at least two percent of the registered electors who reside in each state senate district for the change to be placed on the ballot.

Bill Summary:

The Colorado constitution currently requires any petition for a citizen-initiated constitutional amendment to be signed by at least 2% of the registered electors who reside in each state senate district for the change to be placed on the ballot.
