The Office of Legislative Workplace Relations serves the General Assembly in areas such as:
Confidential consultation, facilitation, and resolution planning for workplace issues and concerns
Confidential consultation regarding corrective/disciplinary action and planning
Harassment complaint intake, investigation, and resolution
Workplace training, including:
- Annual workplace harassment training
- Manager/Supervisor training
Other Employee Relations services, including:
- Employee engagement
- Succession planning
- Personnel policy reviews and recommendations
- Exit interviews for departing staff
