Representatives Bird and Sandridge, co-sponsors, presented House Bill 22-1034. The bill merges the assets and liabilities of the Statewide Hybrid Plan and Statewide Defined Benefit Plan administered by the Fire and Police Pension Association (FPPA) into a new Statewide Retirement Plan in order to align plan benefits and improve the plan's long-term stability. A fact sheet about the FPPA was distributed (Attachment B). |
