Representative Ricks, co-prime bill sponsor, presented Senate Bill 23-210, concerning updates to administrative statutes for specific administrative entities that focus on human and social services. The bill makes a number of changes to the administration of human services at the state and county levels, including matters regarding board member reimbursements, regional community boards of the Division of Youth Services, child welfare grievances, and oversight of the Law Enforcement Community Services Grant Program in the Department of Local Affairs.  Representative Ricks answered questions from the committee.
