Representative Snyder, co-prime sponsor, presented Senate Bill 23-265. The bill limits the consideration of civil or criminal judgements based solely on the consumption, possession, cultivation, or processing of marijuana during professional licensure applications and disciplinary actions.

Sarah Werner, representing the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies, Division of Professions and Occupations, testified in support of the bill.
