Senator Rich, co-prime sponsor, introduced and explained House Bill 23-1022 Registration of Vehicles in Rental Fleets. The bill allows fleet operators to transfer license plates from one fleet vehicle to another vehicle upon transfer or assignment of the owner’s title or interest.

Travis Hoxie, representing Enterprise Rent-A-Car, testified in support of the bill. Mr. Hoxie answered questions from the committee.
