Senators Zenzinger and Kirkmeyer, co-prime bill sponsors, presented Senate Bill 23-082 concerning establishing the Colorado Fostering Success Voucher Program in the Department of Human Services. The purpose of the program is to provide housing vouchers and case management services to eligible youth.
