Senator Catlin and Senator Roberts, co-prime sponsors, introduced and explained Senate Bill 25-069 Tire Chain Control Device Permit. The bill creates a permit allowing the holder to install or remove tire chains or alternate traction devices on motor vehicles at a certain location.
