Representative Dickson, prime bill sponsor, presented House Bill 23-1058, concerning a change to the definition of "child-occupied facility" as it relates to lead-based paint abatement.  The bill aligns Colorado and federal law definitions of “child-occupied facility” so that a child-occupied facility is any building or portion of a building that is visited by a child two or more days a week with each visit totaling three or more hours.
