Senator Gonzales, prime sponsor, introduced and explained House Bill 24-1308. The bill creates new affordable housing rules and regulations for the Division of Housing in the Department of Local Affairs, and modifies rules for affordable housing funding for local governments. It increases state expenditures on an ongoing basis.
