2026 through 2032.

Mr. Mark Heller, representing Colorado Educational and Cultural Facilities Authority, testified to amend the bill. Summer Hill, representing Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce , testified in support of the bill. Josh Blanchard, representing Office of Economic Development and International Trade, testified in support of the bill.
