Representative Boesenecker and Speaker McCluskie, co-prime sponsors, presented Senate Bill 24-184. The bill establishes requirements for the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT), the Regional Transportation District, and the Front Range Passenger Rail District to promote the expansion and development of surface transportation infrastructure networks.
