Representative McLachlan and Representative Catlin, co-prime bill sponsors, presented Senate Bill 24-013, concerning the compensation of attorneys working in the office of a district attorney. The bill modifies the compensation structure of district attorneys and assistant district attorneys effective July 1, 2026. Representative McLachlan responded to questions from the committee.
