Representatives Lukens and Soper, co-prime sponsors, presented House Bill 24-1365. The bill continues funding to the Regional Talent Development Initiative Grant Program, creates the Regional Talent Summit Grant Program, and establishes a workforce shortage tax credit. Amendments L.002 (Attachment A), L.003 (Attachment B), and L.004 (Attachment C) were distributed and explained.
