Reps. McLachlan and Lukens introduced Senate Bill 24-132. The bill extends the confidentiality of evaluation reports and related records to all teachers, principals, administrators, special service providers, and education support professionals.

Angelina Sierra-Sandoval, representing the Colorado League of Charter Schools, testified in support of the bill. Steven Bartholomew, representing themself, testified in support of the bill. Kevin Vick, representing the Colorado Education Association, testified in support of the bill. Bill Bethke, representing themself, was available to answer committee questions.  The committee asked the witnesses several questions.
