Reps. Velasco and Hernandez introduced House Bill 24-1323. The bill allows students at preschools, public schools, charter schools and institutions of higher education to wear items of cultural or religious significance during graduation ceremonies. They distributed a factsheet to the committee (Attachment F). The sponsors answered several committee questions.
