Representatives Joseph and Soper, co-prime sponsor, presented House Bill 25-1045. The bill modifies the tax credit for purchasing long-term care insurance beginning in tax year 2025. The bill sponsors distributed a handout (Attachment J) and responded to questions from the committee.
