Senator Gonzales called the meetng to order.  A quorum was present. 

Committee members discussed the bill and the stakeholder process.  Committee members suggested reverting the bill back to its introduced version and request that the Transportation Legislation Review Committee make a recommendation concerning additional penalties for commercial vehicles.
