Senator Zenzinger called the hearing to order. The First Report of First Conference Committee on Senate Bill 21-017 (Attachment A) was distributed. The bill concerned sexual contact between a student and an educator in violation of the public trust and was sponsored by Senators Hisey and Zenzinger and Representatives Larson and Bradfield.

The committee members agreed to the changes made in the report.
