Mr. Ben FitzSimons,
Director of the Legislative Human Resources Division, discussed the committee
process, noting that that the committee convenes to review complaints received
under the workplace harassment policy that involve a member of the Senate
or a partisan staff person. He discussed the investigation of the complaint
and the information that could be provided to the committee in reviewing
the complaint. He explained that at the end of the committee's process,
the committee will make recommendations. |
