Sen. Weissman, prime bill sponsor, presented House Bill 26-1289. The bill makes changes to state income taxes, sales and use taxes, cigarette and tobacco excise taxes, and motor fuels taxes. Most of the changes in the bill begin in tax year 2027. He responded to questions from the committee.
