Representatives Mauro and Richardson, co-prime sponsors, presented Senate Bill 26-175: The bill requires workers’ compensation insurance carriers and rating bureaus to take certain actions upon notification of updated claim information by an employer or their insurance producer.

Michael Gifford, representing Associated General Contractors Colorado, testified in support of the bill. Ms. Sonja Guenther, representing themself, testified in support of the bill. Mr. Chad Mathis, representing the Colorado Workers' Compensation Coalition, testified in support of the bill.
