Senators Bridges and Frizell, co-sponsors, presented House Bill 26-1317, which concerns creating a unified system of postsecondary talent development as well as a committee to develop a plan to transition the oversight of workforce development programs to the department of higher education. They provided opening comments on the bill. They answered questions from the committee. Committee discussion ensued.
