Mr. Roland Halpern, representing Colorado Voters For Animals, testified in support of the bill. Elizabeth Coalson, representing National Canine Advocacy Group, testified in support of the bill. Ms. Suzanne Morgan, representing Cooper’s Companions, testified in support of the bill. Ms. Morgan responded to questions from the committee.

Senator Liston presented amendment L.001 (Attachment A) and discussed it with the committee.

The chair reopened public testimony, and Emma Hudson, representing the Animal Welfare Association of Colorado, testified on amendment L.001. She responded to questions from the committee. Discussion continued.
