Sen. Roberts introduced
Senate Bill 26-163. The bill repeals the Colorado Racing Commission and
the Division of Racing Events and consolidates their responsibilities in
the Colorado Limited Gaming Control Commission and the Division of Gaming,
respectively. The bill also modifies provisions related to the Division
of Gaming. |
