and Representative Garcia, co-prime resolution sponsors, presented House
Concurrent Resolution 26-1006. The concurrent resolution refers a constitutional
amendment to Colorado voters that, if approved, would require that the
Governorâs stated purposes for convening a special session not narrowly
frame the business so as to impose a particular outcome on the General
Assembly.
