Sens. Snyder and
Frizell introduced Senate Bill 26-049. The bill expands the eligible recipients
for assistance from the Natural Disaster Mitigation Enterprise to include
homeownersâ associations and residential homeowners, and creates an income
tax deduction for contributions to a Catastrophe Savings Account. The sponsors
distributed L.004 (Attachment D) which removes the enterprise from the
bill. |
