Senator Roberts, primary bill sponsor, introduced House Bill 26-1305, which allows certain remote psychiatric inpatient health care facilities to operate under a main hospitalâs license, issued by the Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE). CDPHE may assess a separate licensing fee to the main hospital for each remote facility location and promulgate any necessary rules. |
