House Bill 26-1102. The bill redirects revenue from certain fees from the
Highway Users Tax Fund to the DRIVES Cash Fund, and allows the Department
of Motor Vehicles to charge a fee for missed appointments. He discussed
the bill's interplay with House Bill 26-1289 and answered several committee
questions. |
