and Senator R. Pelton, co-prime sponsors, presented Senate Bill 26-136.
The bill requires the State Board of Stock Inspection Commissioners in
the Department of Agriculture to receive reports of lost or stolen livestock
and establish policies to coordinate with law enforcement and livestock
owners. The sponsors also presented amendment L.002 (Attachment A). |
