and Representative Suckla, co-prime bill sponsors, presented House Concurrent
Resolution 26-1001. The concurrent resolution refers a constitutional amendment
to voters that, if approved, will repeal the constitutional licensing procedures
and requirements for charitable gaming licenses. The bill sponsors provided
