Shay Lyons, Administrator for the Colorado Healthcare Affordability and Sustainability Enterprise board (CHASE board), introduced the appointees and reappointees to the CHASE board, Ryan Westrom, Mannat Singh, Ryan Thornton, Julie Nickell, Raine Henry, and Hillary Jorgensen. The Governor's appointment letter can be found as Attachment A. Shay Lyons provided background information on the board. Ryan Westrom, Mannat Singh, Ryan Thornton, Julie Nickell, Raine Henry, and Hillary Jorgensen introduced themselves and spoke about why they would like to continue to serve on the board. They answered questions from the committee.
