Representatives Joseph and Ricks, co-prime sponsors, presented House Bill 26-1283. The bill prohibits employers from seizing identification cards. The bill sponsors distributed amendments L.001 (Attachment B), L.002 (Attachment C), and L.003 (Attachment D). Richard Sweetman, representing the Office of Legislative Legal Services, came to the table to respond to committee questions about the amendments. The bill sponsors responded to committee questions.
