Representatives Joseph and Ricks, co-prime sponsors, presented House Bill 26-1283. The bill prohibits employers from seizing identification cards. The bill sponsors distributed amendments L.001 (Attachment B), L.002 (Attachment C), and L.003 (Attachment D).
