The committee came back to order. Senators Pelton and Roberts introduced House Bill 26-1025, concerning auctioneer solicitation requirements. The bill exempts certain auctioneers from the registration requirements for paid solicitors.

David Cardella, representing the Colorado Independent Auto Dealers Association, testified in support of the bill. Mr. Rich Schur, representing the Colorado Auctioneers Association (CAA), testified in support of the bill.
